Latest Baghdad Blast Underscores Security Lapses

A bomb blast in a poor district of the Iraqi capital kills at least 17 dead -- the latest in a series of attacks exposing security lapses in Baghdad. Bombings, assaults and kidnapping are commonplace, and many city residents blame the U.S. occupation. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
