Oil Companies, Government at Odds in Russia

The world's major oil companies are involved in huge energy projects on Sakhalin Island in eastern Russia. The projects are expected to bring billions of dollars in investments over the next few decades. But friction is increasing between the firms and some in the Russian government. The second of two reports.
