A recent report from the San Diego Union-Tribune has uncovered a pervasive culture of harassment and discrimination at a number of the largest employers in San Diego County.
Employers including the city of San Diego, Qualcomm and Scripps Health all had complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination based on race, gender, age and mental or physical disability among other factors.
Lyndsay Winkley is a watchdog reporter for The San Diego Union-Tribune who co-wrote the report with Lauryn Schroeder.
Winkley joined Midday Edition on Monday to break down the findings of the report.
