The Military Takes On 'Call Me Maybe' (Video)

Military Call Me Maybe

You might think this is crazy (or not) but U.S. troops have jumped on the "Call Me Maybe" bandwagon and videotaped a lip dub version of the incredibly popular (and annoying?) hit song by Carly Rae Jepsen.

The video was posted by filmmaker Eric Raum, who wrote on his blog:

Sometimes people think of the military in a de-humanized way. They hear ‘military’ and they think of it as a whole. What I’ve learned over here is how incredibly diverse each person is. Different hobbies, different skills, even different dance moves. I am always amazed at the amount of talent and creativity I see out here and it is a blessing to have the opportunity to show a glimpse of that to people back home.

I wanted to note here that this didn't cost anything to make, was filmed on a lunch break, and had a great impact on the morale of, not only the service members in the video, but those we've shared it with since.
This video only has, like, 300 views on YouTube right now. Let's make this go viral!

By the way, I just have to give some gratitude to the serviceman who dared to do the Robot on camera. I don't know you, and this is crazy, but it's my favorite dance move. You rocked it. Maybe.
