Residents of two San Diego city council districts go to the polls today to choose new city council members. The seats were left vacant by former councilmen Ralph Inzunza and Michael Zucchet who resigned in July after they were convicted on public corruption charges. KPBS Legal Reporter Amita Sharma has more.
