Angels keep watch over San Diego
Host Tom Fudge speaks to the leader of the San Diego Chapter of the Guardian Angels about how the group protects the people of San Diego.
The first Guardian Angel group was formed by Curtis Silwa in the South Bronx, New York. The red beret, first worn to symbolize courage, has become icon for grassroots crime prevention. San Diego Guardian Angels patrol the streets of downtown, Barrio Logan and Logan Heights.
