Tom Fudge: Halloween is at hand, and this weekend there will be plenty of ghoulish events in San Diego to help get people into the spirit.

The Casbah’s Halloween Burlesque takes place tomorrow night.
Trick or Treat on Maryland Street in University Heights is on Wednesday, Halloween night.
The Dia de los Muertos celebration takes place in Oceanside on Sunday from 10 to 6 p.m.
