What does it take to accomplish great things? With "Be Fearless: 5 Principles for a Life of Breakthroughs and Purpose," businesswoman and philanthropist Jean Case outlines some principles to help people do just that.

Case is chairman of the the National Geographic Society and CEO of The Case Foundation, an organization that invests in people with innovative ideas to address social challenges.

In "Be Fearless" Case shares stories about her own life and career as well as the stories of other notables she describes as having experienced breakthroughs. This includes primatologist and anthropologist Jane Goodall, who has dedicated her life to the study and conservation of chimpanzees, and J. K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books.
