Prince Harry took a break from Apache helicopter training at Naval Air Facility El Centro to live it up in Coronado and San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter this weekend.
Prince Harry enjoyed burgers and brew in Coronado Friday night at McP's Irish Pub and Grill, according to 10News. Fellow diner Victor Swircz told the TV station he and his fiancee Laurie were holding their wedding rehearsal dinner at McP's when they spotted the prince. Swircz asked Harry if he could take his photograph and the prince declined. And then Swircz asked a different question:
On Saturday night, NBC 7/39 reported that the prince partied at the Ivy Nightclub in the Andaz Hotel until closing. Harry fans might want to stick around downtown San Diego, as the Ivy's manager told NBC 7/39 that Capt. Wales (as he's known in military circles) is staying at the Andaz hotel until Friday.
