Bush: 'Day of Great Hope' for Iraq

President George Bush welcomes the apprehension of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in a White House speech. The president promises more freedom and security to Iraqis even as he warns Americans that violence in Iraq is likely to continue. Hear NPR's Liane Hansen.

Liane Hansen has been the host of NPR's award-winning Weekend Edition Sunday for 20 years.
