On this episode of CROSSING SOUTH, host Jorge Meraz meets a man from India who opened up the first Punjabi Indian Restaurant of its kind in Baja, Mexico. Ramesh Kumar has made Tijuana his home and enjoys sharing the flavors of India with the community. Jorge partakes in the delicious cuisine, using his hands instead of a fork. Later, we meet Ramesh’s family and play a game of cricket.
