Navy SEAL war crimes trial
The trial has been delayed for a Navy SEAL accused of killing an injured terrorist in Iraq in 2017. Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher was charged with stabbing a teenage ISIS fighter to death. That's after he was brought to Gallagher for medical treatment. Gallagher has pleaded not guilty and was scheduled to stand trial at Naval Base San Diego on May 28. However, that date has been pushed due to email snooping accusations made by the defense team. According to U.S. officials, President Trump is attempting to pardon the SEAL.
