Congress Passes Massive Spending Bill

Congress approves a massive omnibus spending bill that supplies funds to several government agencies, four months after the legislation first came before Congress. The $373 billion bill also includes several of President Bush's initiatives on overtime pay, food labeling and media ownership. Hear NPR's David Welna.
