Scottish actor Nicholas Ralph stars as veterinarian James Herriot at the start of his storied career in rural Yorkshire in the 1930s. Co-starring in this all-new adaptation of Herriot’s bestselling memoir are Samuel West, Anna Madeley, Callum Woodhouse, Rachel Shenton, and Diana Rigg — plus an engaging cast of horses, cattle, dogs, and cats. ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL On MASTERPIECE is a beautiful remake of the popular family drama that aired on British and American television from 1978 to 1990.
Season 2 of ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL premieres Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022 at 9/8c. All episodes will be available on demand with KPBS Passport starting January 9!

Episode 2 Encore Sunday, Dec. 12 at 10:15 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Dec. 14 at 9 p.m. on KPBS 2 - Fresh from veterinary college, Siegfried's fun-loving brother, Tristan, arrives to help out. Mrs. Pumphrey throws a swanky party.

Episode 3 Encore Sunday, Dec. 19 at 9 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 8 p.m. on KPBS 2 - James is put to the test with an ailing racehorse. Tristan faces a familiar temptation. Siegfried angles for a prestigious client.

Episode 4 Encore Sunday, Dec. 19 at 10:15 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 9 p.m. on KPBS 2 - While Tristan gives Tricki-Woo the spa treatment, James deals with Helen's champion bull. Siegfried makes a decision about Tristan.

Episode 5 Encore Sunday, Dec. 26 at 7 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 8 p.m. on KPBS 2 - James volunteers to be the official vet at the Darrowby Show. His ordeals include an ethical plight involving Helen's bull.

Episode 6 Encore Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021 at 8:15 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 9 p.m. on KPBS 2 - Defying Siegfried, Tristan coaxes James to try a risky procedure to save a stricken cow. Then James gets a shock from Helen.

Episode 7 Encore Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021 at 9:30 p.m. on KPBS TV + Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022 at 8 p.m. on KPBS 2 - Siegfried hosts a Christmas eve party, with an even bigger event to follow the next day. Helen accompanies James on an emergency house call.
